How long does one bar of soap last?
Unlike liquid hand wash, soap bars can last a lot longer, usually between 30 and 45 days depending on use.
Do your soaps contain sulfates or parabens?
Nope! Sulfates and parabens are usually found in liquid hand wash and mass made soap bars. We use only natural ingredients in all our soap bars so you're only putting stuff that is good for you onto your skin including for their scent, look or colour.
I have sensitive skin and can't use most soaps, can I use yours?
All our soaps have been dermatologically tested and approved for sensitive skin so you should be able to enjoy all of them. However most of our customers try the Aloe Vera Collection first for its calming and moisturising qualities.
If there are no preservatives, will your soap go bad?
Unless soaps are made from milk (e.g. Goats milk) Soaps tend to be anhydrous (without water) which is where bacteria tends to grow. Furthermore, all of our soaps include only natural ingredients and Essential Oils which, together with the natural saponification process; makes them naturally anti-bacterial.
How should I store your soap?
We cannot say this enough - use soap dishes with holes! Self draining soap dishes allow for excess water to escape. All soap bars need to naturally dry out between uses. Without this, soap bars can start getting soggy and don't last as long.
Are all your products Vegan?
Yes. We use only natural, plant based ingredients in all of our cosmetic products.
How do I use your shower steamers?
Shower steamers should be placed on the bottom of the shower floor not in direct stream of water. Too much water and your steamer will disintegrate too quickly. Alternatively, place it in a cotton bag at head height and allow splashes of water to activate the aromatherapy essential oils.
